Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets for Snibe’s Core Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio across assigned territories.
2. Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at medium to large accounts, distributors, and partners.
3. Customer Engagement: Identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and deliver value-driven presentations to prospective customers.
4. Distribution Tasks: Complete the regional distribution tasks assigned by Snibe.
5. Territory Strategy: Formulate and execute territory management plans, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing account coverage.
6. Market Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Snibe’s product portfolio and maintain awareness of competitor offerings and industry trends.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on advancements in Snibe’s product lines and diagnostic technologies.
Minimum Requirements
1. Background in Biochemistry, Business or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the IVD area, especially in immuno and biochemical.
3. Able to use Spanish and English as working languages.
