We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of sales operations, processes, and customer interactions. Your primary goal is to enhance performance, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth by identifying and addressing gaps in sales practices, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Quality Monitoring and Assessment: Review and evaluate sales calls, emails, and other customer interactions for quality, adherence to scripts, and compliance with company standards.
* Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend actionable improvements to streamline operations.
* Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives to enhance their skills and align with quality standards.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular quality reports and insights to stakeholders, including trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
* Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (data, sales, sales leadership, marketing) to align quality initiatives with overall company goals.
Requirements:
* Experience in process optimization, process mapping, and continuous improvement.
* Capable of working autonomously.
* Attention to detail.
* Fluent in English.
* Experience in sales or digital marketing is a plus.
