Job Title: Business Engagement Manager (IT) - 12-Month fixed term contract.
Location: Fraga, Spain

Our Global Technology Services team is looking for a Business Engagement / IT Manager to support our manufacturing site in Spain. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with local teams, third-party providers, and central IT to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage infrastructure and business systems, and implement IT improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.
This role is located in Fraga and is primarily an on-site position. Due to the location, a car and full driving license will be required.
What you'll be doing:
1. Act as the primary IT liaison between the business, local support providers, and central IT teams to ensure seamless IT operations and business alignment.
2. Provide direct technical support for local infrastructure, networks, hardware, and key business systems, including ERP, MES, and Office 365.
3. Manage relationships with third-party vendors to oversee service performance, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure IT support meets business needs.
4. Oversee IT change management initiatives, gathering business requirements, coordinating deployments, and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
5. Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance IT services, streamline processes, and implement new technology solutions.
6. Ensure IT security and compliance, assisting with audits, user access management, and adherence to data protection and IT governance policies.
7. Facilitate IT communication and training, keeping stakeholders informed of upcoming changes, outages, and best practices for IT systems.
8. Support IT continuity planning, assisting with disaster recovery strategies and maintaining business continuity frameworks.
What you'll bring:
1. Experience in IT support or business engagement within a manufacturing or production environment.
2. Comprehensive technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software, including ERP systems (AX 2012 preferred) and Office 365.
3. Technical IT skills, including troubleshooting hardware issues, managing server rooms, performing switch testing, and coordinating IT support activities.
4. Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams, third-party providers, and business users.
5. Experience in IT vendor and service management, including coordinating support contracts, managing service reviews, and ensuring issue resolution.
6. Understanding of change management processes, with the ability to gather business requirements and support IT project implementation.
7. Skilled problem-solving mindset, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to work on-site at the manufacturing facility in Fraga, Spain.
