Role Overview
We are building the future of retail media in Europe and LATAM, combining Carrefour Links' immense in-store and e-commerce assets with Publicis advanced retail media technology.
Your Mission
Campaign Management
* Oversee the end-to-end process of advertising campaign execution, from planning to delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign goals and requirements.
Traffic Coordination
* Coordinate and prioritize the flow of creative assets between internal and external stakeholders.
* Traffic the campaign.
* Optimize the campaign daily to achieve your client goals and look for better performance.
Quality Control
* Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Validate technical specifications and requirements for various media channels, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address quality issues and make necessary revisions.
Reporting and Analysis
* Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance, including delivery metrics & KPIs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for enhancing campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and manage competitive deadlines.
* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that arise during campaign execution.
* Understanding the advertising industry, including media and retail channels, formats, and best practices.
* English Spoken and written is required (international context/clients). Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
Preferred Profile
* At least 2+ years of experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field, (ie. Advertising).
* Proven experience in campaigns and operations management, preferably in the retail and/or media industry (2-3 years of experience).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
