Job Description
As an International Marketing and Trade Marketing Specialist, you will support growth and achievement of volume and margin targets in countries through distributors for a leading market company. Our client seeks a professional with experience in commercial marketing and trade marketing, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support country management to contribute to volume and margin growth and achievement of the plan.
* Analyze Sell Out data provided by Nielsen and draw conclusions to present internally and to the distributor.
* Provide commercial support by preparing presentations for Trade to increase distribution.
* Develop POS materials to enhance visibility at the point of sale.
* Launch and oversee international projects in coordination with various company departments.
* Work closely with the Media team for the execution of international television and digital campaigns, as well as post-campaign sell-out analysis.
* Monitor distributor promotional plans and distribution improvements.
* Analyze internal sales and distributor sell-in data to calculate sales forecasts.
* Understand international cleaning habits by conducting consumer studies.
* Contribute to the development of international product and packaging assortments.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or in marketing and trade marketing roles.
* Required skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Nielsen databases. Valuable: SAP.
* Languages: Advanced English proficiency. Other languages are a plus.
* Availability for travel.
