Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the Madrid market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to capitalize on growth areas. Design and execute innovative strategies to exceed sales and revenue targets. Understand client needs, translating them into tailored solutions that deliver value to both the client and the company. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences. Utilize CRM tools to manage and maintain accurate sales pipelines and client records. Prepare and present sales performance reports, market insights, and analytics to the management team. Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Skills Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in industries such as Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, or Events Management (preferred in that order). Strong knowledge of the Madrid market and a well-established local network. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A driven self-starter with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
