Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical-based customer assistance via voice, chat, and email in a timely manner. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently. Document interactions in a dedicated CRM system and contribute to team initiatives. Actively participate in department activities, providing feedback and supporting collaborative solutions. Requirements: Proficient in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level), both verbal and written. Reside in Serbia and able to work legally without company sponsorship. Experience in customer support and technical assistance, particularly with help desks or IT functions. Able to pass a background check. Strong independent work ethic with excellent remote teamwork skills. Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and adapting to process changes. Solid understanding of PC-based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Offer: Competitive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
