Role details:
You'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering customised, highly creative Managed Detection and Response services to clients, and playing a pivotal role as a 'trusted advisor' and liaison between the client and the Cyber function, for all security requirements.
This is a key, strategic role, whereby you will relish executing a long-term strategy with an emphasis on building, hiring, and running a world-class function.
Responsibilities:
* Implement measures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the SOC
* Investigate and resolve escalated incidents from your team, and/or the client's internal teams
* Take ownership of customer satisfaction and the success of services
* Create tailored incident response actions for the client
* Execute specific use cases, correlation rules, threat hunting, and threat intelligence for the client.
* Optimise the client's SIEM during operation
Location: Central Madrid office, with remote working encouraged/embraced
