Broster Buchanan are partnered with a global leader in the medical diagnostics field who are currently in the midst of a very exciting global D365 F&O implementation, and are looking for 2 R2R Global Process Workstream Leads to join and help with the complex requirements gathering, process design and implementation of D365.
This role would suit someone with a strong background leading the design of global R2R processes for complex organisations, particularly as part of an ERP transformation (D365 experience isn't essential for the role).
The role will be based in either Barcelona or Porto which is where their 2 centres of excellence are located and offers flexible working, with 2-8 days onsite per month and the rest remote.
A salary of €60k - €95k up to 20% discretionary bonus is also on offer.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for major functional process areas, they are highly knowledgeable about the specific process areas and drive good practice, sound decision making, and quality within the workstream.
* Challenge the business to standardise and adopt out of the box process and consider the context of best practice and efficient operations.
* Deliver initial engagement and fit gap sessions through knowledge of the target process and solution.
* Manage stakeholders to gain alignment and understanding of design challenges in order to deliver robust process solutions that are comprehensive against each business area.
* Provides task management within the process team to ensure the team completes all deliverables as per the project plan.
* Accountable for process team deliverables: Design requirements, Functional Design Document, Business scenarios, SIT test scripts.
* Work with Global Process Owners to identify and track KPIs for process areas.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency within process area.
* Support GPO's to scope and evaluate change requests across existing environment.
Requirements:
* Excellent understanding of processes and best practice for an enterprise level ERP finance transformation project, ideally across multiple countries with D365, SAP, Oracle etc.
* Strong experience with leading R2R workstreams and process design is essential.
* Strong ability to engage and support business superusers and key users, as well as understand their unique requirements and help translate those to solutions.
* Proven experience in functional and technical capabilities within the ERP process domain.
* Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools in the context of technology change projects.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
* Knowledge of process automation tools and techniques.
