The purpose of the Account Manager is to contribute to the business growth in the areas of Cloud and Data Center, profitability and increasement of the market penetration by:
· finding new business opportunities,
· implementing sales strategies and partnerships,
· preparing proposals to customers
· conducting in-depth account penetration,
· Selling and promoting full range of servers and storage solutions
· It is required a high level of knowledge about the Spanish market.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management. In order to understand the business environment in a timely manner and establish effective customer relationships:
· Collect the relevant market information
· CxO level relationship
· Design work plans and partnerships
· Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales lead and analyze clients’ needs
· Coordinate internal resource allocation and feasibility studies for potential projects
· Organize and execute PR activities, such as communication conference with clients
Tender. In order to ensure the success of project bidding:
· Evaluate company capabilities that meet client needs
· Lead tender proposal and relevant documents preparation based on the clients’ request for proposal (RFP)
· Determine project scope together with technical and business departments based on an understanding of client requirements, and submit the tender proposal to clients
· Visit clients periodically to capture clients’ updated requirements and allocate appropriate internal resource to revise project documents
· Participate in contract negotiation
SKILLS:
· English language is a must
