Position Overview:
We are looking for a Communication specialist to oversee and execute our marketing and communication strategy. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, managing everything from website content creation, ads, videos, and presentations to social media management and cross-departmental marketing alignment.
This role will also play a key role in supporting the Sales and Business Development teams, focusing on building brand awareness, writing the needed material for proposals and driving engagement within the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content. Write clear, engaging content for multiple formats: website, blog, social media, newsletters, press releases. ensuring it is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with our brand and business objectives
- Create and improve marketing collateral (decks, videos, brochures) to support sales efforts, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Manage EarthPulse’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), increasing engagement and reach, while ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
- Execute cross-departmental marketing strategies, ensuring coordination between teams to present unified messaging and brand identity.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing activities with sales funnel objectives, helping generate leads and supporting business growth. Support in writing and structuring commercial proposals and public tenders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing tools, and innovations, particularly in tech, AI, and satellite data sectors.
- Assist, and support organizing of events and trade fairs, ensuring effective communication before, during, and after each event.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in B2B tech, AI, sustainability, or geospatial industries.
- Proven experience managing sales funnels or sales processes and supporting Sales and Business Development teams is a strong advantage.
- Strong tech-savviness with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to AI, space data, and satellite analytics.
- Experience working in B2B markets and understanding the specific needs and challenges of this sector.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems, digital advertising platforms, and social media tools.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating compelling marketing content.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with video creation, graphic design, or multimedia tools is a plus.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and innovative in developing and executing marketing strategies.
