We're looking for a creative, solution-oriented, and highly committed B2B Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing marketing strategies focused on generating qualified leads and optimizing the conversion funnel — with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.

Position Overview
Lead Generation & Acquisition
* Launch and manage lead generation campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
* Contribute to acquisition strategies through events, landing pages, forms, and lead magnets.
* Maintain and enrich the lead database in HubSpot, ensuring quality and proper segmentation.
* Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics to engage key decision-makers.
Automation & Funnel Management
* Create and optimize automation workflows and personalized nurturing sequences in HubSpot.
* Implement efficient processes to guide leads from acquisition to sales qualification.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead handoff and follow-up.
Content & SEO
* Produce strategic content for campaigns, newsletters, blogs, and social media, with a conversion-oriented approach.
* Apply basic SEO principles to optimize content and improve organic positioning.
* Contribute to the ideation of lead magnets and high-value materials for different funnel stages.
Design & Creativity
* Coordinate the creation of graphic assets with the design team (briefings, follow-up, validations).
* Independently design simple assets using Canva (e.g., presentations, social creatives, banners).
* Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all campaigns.
Analysis & Optimization
* Measure the performance of campaigns and automations using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Excel.
* Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and channel efficiency.
* Deliver clear, actionable reports to the Marketing Manager with proposals for continuous improvement.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Your profile
* 2–3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or growth.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), with the ability to create content in both languages.
* Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot: CRM, workflows, lead scoring, and email marketing.
* Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Basic experience in SEO and in creating content aligned with relevant search intent.
* Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Excel, Google Analytics, and lead generation platforms.
* Strong multitasking skills with an analytical mindset and a results-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong commitment to the team and the project.
