Job Description Summary: This role reports to the Customer Quality Specialist and works closely with B2B quality team colleagues, with all relevant manufacturing sites, with Medication Delivery Solutions B2B Account Managers and all relevant Subject Matter Experts.

About the role:
This role reports to the Customer Quality Specialist and works closely with B2B quality team colleagues, with all relevant manufacturing sites, with Medication Delivery Solutions B2B Account Managers and all relevant Subject Matter Experts.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Address Quality/Technical Customer requests:
o Ensures proper understanding and the objective of the request assigned.
o Identifies the source of the information in order to reply effectively.
o Gathers elements for response (personal experience, feedback from associates, databases).
o Replies to the B2B Account Manager/Customer in the agreed timeframe, when possible.
o Participate in ongoing projects of technical documents and statements preparation when needed.
* Participates in Customer Notification of Change Process:
o Monitors all the changes and their status.
o Drafts the Customer Notification of Change (CNC) letters together with the Quality team.
o Works on alignment with WW QA Team.
* Improvement of Quality Service Tools:
o Monitors on regular basis frequently used tools and need on updates.
o Occasional checks and feedback from users to be used for improvement idea.
About you:EDUCATION:
* Bachelor or similar in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharma, Pharma Technology, Chemistry, Engineering or related scientific field.
* Young professional, junior level, ideally with some experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control or similar.
* Some previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries or equivalent is of advantage.
* An advanced English level is a must.
Knowledge / skills and abilities:
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, is a must.
* Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to give and receive feedback.
* Problem solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to travel as required for team meetings.
