The NRC Solution Architect works alongside Near Response Center Spain team jointly to Sales team to understand the customer’s business and technical needs and design tailored solutions to meet those needs. The role involves preparing technical proposals, delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and serving as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of how to translate business requirements into technical solutions.✔️The role will involve:
Customer Engagement: Work closely with sales teams and clients to identify and understand customer needs, goals, and challenges.
Solution Design: Design and propose innovative and viable technology solutions that align with the customer's business objectives, technical requirements, and budget.
Technical Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to showcase the value and capabilities of the proposed solutions.
Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals, solution and service architectures and documentation that effectively address customer requirements.
RFP/RFI Responses: Support the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) by developing high-quality, tailored technical responses.
Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead and manage PoC activities, ensuring that the proposed solution is tested, validated, and accepted by the customer.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between sales teams, customers, and internal technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on solution details.
Technology Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions and insights to customers.
Sales Enablement: Provide training and technical support to sales teams, enabling them to effectively present and position solutions to customers.
Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, engineering, and professional services teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions post-sale.✔️What are we expect from you?
5+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or a technical consulting role.
Proven experience designing and implementing technical solutions across a variety of technologies and industries.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP, or similar are preferred.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of technology solutions including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMware), networking, cybersecurity, data storage, and software development frameworks.
Solution Architecture: Strong experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance technology architectures that meet customer requirements.
Sales Process Understanding: Familiarity with the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and the ability to influence buying decisions through technical expertise.
Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to quickly understand customer needs and create solutions that directly address their pain points.
Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients, driving alignment on proposed solutions.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle technical objections and challenges in real-time.
RFP/RFI Management: Experience in managing and developing high-quality responses to customer RFPs and RFIs.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with hybrid cloud environments, DevOps, or containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
