Prime Video is seeking a highly experienced Creative Director to lead the development of 360° marketing campaigns for our streaming service across Europe, based in the UK. As the Creative Director, you will oversee the creation and implementation of marketing assets including Key Arts, Trailers, Social Content and 360 Activations. Your work will span various channels and platforms including TV, Radio, OOH, digital, social, on-platform and events.
In this role, you will collaborate with a high number of senior stakeholders from Project Management, Strategy, Media, PR, Production to Operation teams to shape multi-market campaign strategies and translate them into compelling creative assets that drive viewership and customer engagement. Additionally, you will work with Amazon-MGM Studio to deliver best-in-class marketing content that resonates with diverse European audiences.
You will be a highly-collaborative creative leader with a deep understanding of brand and entertainment marketing, strategic and creative at equal measure. You should possess strong writing and design sensibilities, and experience with both AV/film and digital media. A passion for pushing creative boundaries while delivering on business objectives in a fast-paced and data-driven environment is essential.
The Senior Creative Director will report to the Executive Creative Director and Director Of Marketing EU.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive creative briefs that align with audience insights and campaign objectives, providing clear direction, inspiration and big idea starters.
* Present creative briefs and creative ideas to leadership and partner teams, ensuring alignment before execution begins.
* Lead the development of marketing campaigns across all relevant channels and platforms, ensuring high-quality creative output.
* Manage relationships with external creative agencies, overseeing briefings, tissue sessions, reviews and presenting decks to internal and external senior stakeholders.
* Manage internal creative teams.
* Act as a hands-on maker capable of wearing multiple hats when necessary to support copywriting, design, video editing, directing, post-production and more.
* Track and analyse the performance of creative assets, leveraging learnings to inform scalable best practices on future campaigns.
* Insist on the highest creative standards across all deliverables.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio.
* Experience leading process improvements or operations tool implementations (e.g. digital asset management tool).
* Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.
* Experience with digital asset management tools.
* Experience defining the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company.
* Experience working in or with creative services.
* Experience in developing international campaigns from brief to delivery with a focus on effectiveness.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience setting metric driven goals to improve a department or an organization.
* Experience in managing creative teams.
* Experience working in house in the entertainment industry is highly preferred (Film Studio, TV network or Streaming Service).
