Timeline: 6 month contract with potential for extension For an important client in the leisure industry, we are setting up a nurture program that is designed to target selected and potential holiday home owners and property management companies through different communication channels to target markets in Europe and beyond. The communication channels will include direct mail, social and digital advertising, e mail communications, telemarketing and digital selling. For the telemarketing part we are looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative with French to provide telemarketing profiling, digital selling, relationship nurturing and lead development using multi channel and tele only plays. Tele only plays will include 1:1 outreach and follow up using phone and e mail. As an Outbound Business Development Representative you will become a product expert and serve as the voice of the company by creating a great first impression and proving a world class experience to new prospects. You like to reach out to prospects by phone, open up conversations and build relationships. What you will do: Provide tele profiling, desktop research, relationship nurturing and lead development. Talk to a wide variety of new business contacts including holiday home owners and property managers. Become a product/offer expert and learn strategies to communicate product/offer value. Clearly communicate business decision drivers and benefits to showcase the product/offer as a strategic advantage. Participate in regular team meetings and pro actively share opinions and suggestions for improvements. What you bring: Proficient language skills: French (verbally and written). You will need to have solid English language skills to navigate the system and understand the training and team communications as this will be delivered in English. Superior customer service, cold calling, and data entry skills. Strong over the phone communication and excellent listening skills. Advocate for prospects by building rapport to identify their key needs and determine possible solution sets. Desire to think creatively and use problem solving skills to assure customer satisfaction.
