Our Opportunity:
We're looking for our new Projects & Performance Management Specialist in Santiago, Chile. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring project delivery excellence, managing internal stakeholders, developing Supply Chain Development (SCD) projects, and contributing to the revision and auditing of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements. The specialist focuses on delivering value and meeting customer expectations through strategic project management.
Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of special projects, managing them from initiation to completion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting quality standards and timelines.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
* Communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations to internal teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Assist in the revision and auditing of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements related to ongoing and completed projects.
* Analyze project costs, revenue, and profitability, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Provide visibility of the P&L at the most detailed level as possible and ensure its alignment with budget.
We're looking for:
* Previous experience in similar roles, for logistics or retail companies desirable.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
* Creativity and strategic thinking in developing compelling SCD projects.
* Analytical mindset for contributing to P&L revision and auditing.
* Results-oriented with a focus on achieving project goals and customer satisfaction.
* Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment.
* Financial acumen.
* English proficiency.
