* Maximize the European Biologics opportunity.
* Define Strategy and Key Tactics for selected Products / TAs and support BD&L / portfolio with commercial assessments.
* Support countries with their in-market performance.
* Centrally define launch strategy and prepare all launch materials 'Launch in a box.'
* Support definition of digital materials.
Major Accountabilities -
* Define the European Strategy for selected Products / TAs, and support BD&L and Portfolio with expertise and commercial assessments to secure assets.
* Lead the cross-countries launch team for launches in Biologics, including the definition of the launch strategy and the development of all launch materials to be used by countries.
* Closely collaborate with Market Access and Medical to bring initiatives to life. Actively support digital transformation.
* Support countries to maximize the in-market performance of the Biologics business by assessing opportunities and providing them with support on the implementation.
* Ensure understanding of market, competition, and key treatment trends.
* Drive patient and customer understanding.
* Ensure peer-to-peer leadership and close collaboration with country marketing organizations.
Key Performance Indicators -
* Number of Biologic portfolio assets.
* Performance of launch products.
* Sales and market shares of defined in-market products.
* High quality and timeliness of deliverables.
* Feedback from countries regarding collaboration and delivered value.
* Cross-functional collaboration within team, across line functions, and within own department.
Requirements -
* A business and/or science background and degree is required.
* Fluent English is required and fluency in another international language is beneficial.
* Minimum 6-8 years of branded specialty (Biologics) commercialization experience.
* Strong marketing background.
* Experience with digital commercialization.
* Local country experience required.
* Prior launch experience required.
* Prior line leadership preferable.
* Previous experience in a global or regional role is desirable.
* Disease area experience is required for Rheumatology & Oncology with Biologics.
* Individual must possess excellent business acumen, external focus, strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
* The individual must demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functionally and with country organizations.
