Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operation of Retail Management for POSM design, production, and retail deployment.
2. Retail penetration analysis - Analyzing market insights to ensure retail coverage effectively penetrates the market.
3. Retail co-marketing campaign - Responsible for roadshow activities, setup, ROI calculation, and implementation of retail seasonal campaigns to achieve sales objectives.
4. Field force management - Responsible for hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Spanish is a must; English is preferred.
2. Engagement in the complete operation of Retail Management for 3 years or more, with relevant operational experience in the consumer electronics product industry preferred.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and ROI calculation to ensure every campaign fully utilizes the budget.
4. Independent in taking responsibility for managing suppliers and negotiating with retailers.
5. Possess logical thinking, management and coordination abilities, operational execution capability, learning ability, and stress resistance.
