Your key responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities: Business Modeling Strategic AnalysisDevelop financial and business models for new activities and market opportunities.Assess feasibility, risks, and potential return on investment for new business initiatives. Mergers Acquisitions (MA) AnalysisSupport the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets.Conduct market research and financial due diligence on potential deals.Prepare investment memorandums and strategic reports for senior management. Contract Review Legal AspectsAssist in the review and analysis of contractual frameworks linked to business opportunities.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in transactions.Liaise with internal and external legal teams for key negotiations.Who You Are Education Background:Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a dual degree program in Business Law from a top tier institution (ESADE, IE, Pompeu Fabra, or equivalent).Strong understanding of corporate finance, MA processes, and commercial law. Skills Competencies:Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Strong financial modeling and data analysis abilities.Good understanding of contractual and regulatory aspects in business transactions.Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
