We are looking for a Key Account Manager Home Care & Personal Care to join our Sales team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Madrid.

This position is crucial for Bolton as it will lead the relationship with our customers. The expected outcome is increased sell out of our brands driven by best-in-class distribution, shelving, promotion and pricing execution.
How your agenda looks like:
* Manage the overall Home & Personal Care business at Carrefour, Alcampo, El Corte Inglés, Día and Costco.
* Bolton España Home & Personal Care business is done through the brands Omino Bianco (liquid detergents), WC Net (Uncloggers and Toilet Cleaners) and Chilly (Intimate Hygiene).
Your team:
Integrated within the National Accounts team you will be reporting to the National Accounts Manager.
What makes you a great fit:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics.
* Work Experience: minimum experience of 5-10 years either as KAM in a multinational FMCG company in Spain or as Purchaser in key retailers (i.e. Carrefour, Dia). Experience in the Perfumery channel and/or the Home & Personal care business is not a requirement but would be appreciated.
* Technical Skills: high level of Microsoft office (Excel and Power Point).
* Creativity, proactivity, negotiation and communication skills are a must.
* Local language: proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
