We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support and Presales Analyst to join our team in Spain. This hybrid role combines exceptional technical support with presales assistance, ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience.Responsibilities:Technical Support:Provide top-notch technical and functional support to clients worldwide through email, tickets, and remote sessions.Analyze and optimize client configurations, recommending improvements to enhance platform efficiency.Internal Collaboration:Work closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Support the sales team throughout RFI and RFP processes by providing technical insights.Demos and Presentations:Conduct tailored product demonstrations that address clients’ pain points.Respond to technical questions from internal and external stakeholders.What we’re looking for:Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Experience in technical support, presales, or software implementation.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, as well as networking and connectivity.Residing in Madrid will be considered a PLUS.Our benefits include career development opportunities, English lessons, and first-class technical training.If you want to know more about us visit: www.invgate.com
