Our client, a leading multinational company in the development of renewable energy, with a strong commitment to the sustainable transformation of the sector and currently experiencing significant growth, is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join its team in Madrid.
The mission will be to design and manage salary and benefits policies that attract, motivate, and retain employees, aligning the company's needs with internal equity and market competitiveness.
Responsabilities :
* Manage the compensation and benefits strategy for employees in 8 countries (approximately 300 employees).
* Develop the salary evolution strategy and the company's goal-based compensation approach at both national and international levels.
* Support payroll management, personnel administration, and labor relations.
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations in different geographies, collaborating with the legal and HR teams.
* Coordinate with external payroll providers and HR management tools.
* Advise employees in different countries on compensation, benefits, and internal policies.
* Support the talent retention and attraction strategy through a competitive compensation model.
Requirements :
* Education : Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience : Over 5 years in compensation and benefits, preferably with a generalist HR background (payroll, personnel administration, and labor relations) in international environments.
* Fluent English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
* Strategic and analytical mindset.
