About the Role - Essential Responsibilities
* Review and analysis of reporting packages.
* Collaboration with the group’s subsidiaries.
* Analysis and understanding of deviations between financial closings vs. budget.
* Forecasting of the profit and loss statement and cash flow analysis.
* Preparation of presentations for management to present conclusions from the analyses performed.
* Participation and supervision in the preparation of annual budgets.
* Process improvement within the finance department with an international perspective.
* Review of annual accounts, support in the closing process, and assistance in audits.
Qualifications - Basic Qualifications and Requirements
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
* Proactive attitude.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Office tools, advanced Excel skills.
* Degree in Business Administration or similar.
* At least 4 years of experience (preferably in Big Four).
