Job Description:
The Digital Platforms Project Manager will oversee vendor management, licensing compliance, and cross-functional collaboration between the Digital Platforms Team and Digital Products Teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring that vendor relationships are optimized, software licenses are current, and that key meetings between teams are effectively orchestrated to deliver business objectives.
What are we looking for?
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and license compliance.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
4. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive meetings towards actionable results.
5. Knowledge of digital platforms, digital products, and related technology solutions.
6. Ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation and reporting processes.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Vendor Management and Licensing:
1. Develop and manage relationships with key technology vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for contracts and issue resolution.
2. Track and ensure compliance with all software licenses and contracts, proactively managing renewals to avoid service disruptions.
3. Evaluate vendor performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of all vendor agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and licensing records.
5. Collaborate with the Commercial MGS Organization for optimal negotiations.
Meeting Coordination and Orchestration:
1. Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings between Digital Platforms Teams and Digital Products Teams, driving collaboration and alignment on project goals.
2. Create and distribute detailed meeting agendas, charters, and action item lists.
3. Ensure clear outcomes and follow-ups from meetings, assigning ownership and deadlines for deliverables.
