Your main responsibilities will include:
* Installation and commissioning of Bystronic machines at customer sites, ensuring they meet all technical and operational requirements.
* Assembly of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, making sure they work properly.
* Maintenance and repair of machines at customer locations.
* Recording and reporting technical information in our CRM system, including: Service reports and support request forms, customer feedback and installation and maintenance documentation.
* Applying and improving quality processes according to ISO standards.
* Training customers on key topics
* Providing technical advice to customers, helping them get the most out of our solutions.
* Supporting operational tasks, such as loading and unloading equipment.
* Managing spare parts, making sure the correct parts are requested and delivered to customers.
* Working with sales and service teams by giving technical support in commercial proposals.
* Taking part in fairs and exhibitions, installing and operating our machines to show their capabilities.
* Handling quality claims, ensuring they are solved and followed up to improve our products continuously.
What do you need for this position?
* Technical education: Technical school, vocational training, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a university degree in a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years in mechanical engineering, laser cutting or bending technology (preferred).
* Ability to solve technical problems in industrial environments.
* Knowledge of software tools like DMS, CRM, LMS, and Microsoft Windows.
* Understanding of safety principles and standards in mechanical engineering.
* Technical English level to communicate in international environments.
