Responsibilities:
1. Act as a point of contact for IT supplier and CDC teams for IT related topics.
2. Ensure the Ticket Management, Ticket Triage and Escalation.
3. Provide Infrastructure support/delivery onsite.
4. Maintain Governance and security onsite.
5. Collect and manage the demand business requirements for factory/office.
6. Provide IT Build project management.
7. Provide first line support and governance for applications.
8. Ensure OT Asset IT/OT Cybersecurity operational management.
9. Ensure first response for Cybersecurity emergencies.
10. Plan and manage factory/site IT Budget and cost control.
11. Ensure Machine Connectivity with network core switches.
12. Manage specific applications and vendor coordination on software and network connectivity. (PLC programming out of scope)
13. Ensure access to relevant applications for the factory or Hitachi Energy site.
14. Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
15. Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both company and the employee.
