A leading company in advanced water treatment technology is seeking a Business Development Manager – Irrigation Water Market to drive market development and establish strong relationships within the industry. This role is focused on expanding business opportunities in the indoor and outdoor agriculture sectors, promoting innovative water treatment solutions, and supporting channel partners and distributors. The position reports directly to the Irrigation Water Vertical Leader.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging leads, and managing accounts.
* Promote and sell products through presentations, demos, training, and industry events.
* Provide technical solutions, oversee project implementation, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with partners, monitor sales activity, and exceed growth targets.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in agriculture, horticulture, or irrigation, with at least 3+ years in sales or business development.
* Established relationships with growers, irrigation equipment distributors, greenhouse builders, and industry consultants.
* Proven track record of selling to global key accounts and managing complex proposals.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of agronomy, soil morphology, and plant physiology is a plus.
Educational Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Irrigation, Biology, Plant Physiology, Chemistry, or related fields.
* Additional sales training or certifications would be an advantage.
