Key job responsibilities:
1. Contact high potential prospects and introduce them to the concept and benefits of Amazon business.
2. Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions and features.
3. Discover customer purchasing processes and pain points and identify potential for high complexity features.
4. Deliver webinars and organize customer events.
5. Deliver accurate weekly reporting on growth pipeline and customer spend adoption.
6. Work closely with sales team and sales leadership to provide status updates and insights learned during deployment.
7. Focus on automating as many services needs for customers and work with Product Management and Technical teams to develop solutions that will increase solution adoption.
8. Meet or exceed targets for customer and/or feature spend adoption.
9. Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
2. Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
3. Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce) and other systems.
4. Experience in business-to-business selling or equivalent.
5. Spanish and English language required.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses.
2. Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
3. Experience in cold calling, prospecting and qualifying companies or equivalent.
