Role
As a Hemmersbach Technician, you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanor. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd support.
* Building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components
* Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM, Intune and H&E support
* Excellent hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting DC equipment, Rack and Stack of the DC equipment / cable
* Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
* Device deployment and depot management
Requirements
* 2 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
* Good customer-facing skills and well presented
* Able to build effective relationships both within the team and across the business and Professional Services
* Experience in OS, Apps and H / W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Solid knowledge of English (B2)
