Job Description:
We are seeking a junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide excellent service for our B2B ecommerce platform. In this role, you will assist our business customers by resolving inquiries, guiding them through the platform, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. You will also collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding platform usage, order processing, billing, and tracking.
* Provide clear, detailed guidance to customers on navigating and utilizing the ecommerce platform.
* Manage leads by registering new leads into the CRM system accurately and supporting the sales team with updated lead information and follow-ups.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the support process.
* Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement, communicating insights to the technical and product teams.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, operations, and IT to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
* Monitor and follow up on open support cases to ensure swift and effective resolution.
Experience and Skills:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships and trust with clients.
* Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish. Other European Language is a plus.
* Experience with CRM systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Previous experience (1-2 years) in a customer support or technical support role, preferably within an ecommerce or B2B environment.
