This includes overseeing the timely administration of new starter contracts, leavers, letters, timely and accurate coordination of payroll processes for the Region, sickness and holiday administration, maintaining HRIS database / spreadsheets, and advising the business on common ER queries in line with local HR policies. The HR Operations is also supporting the Health & Safety aspects in the office. This Department is involved in projects and liaise with various stakeholders in other offices or sites.What You’ll Do:This position will actively support the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full administration generalist remit, including: hiring, contracts production, Time and Attendance systems and WD management, payroll input process, communications to local authorities, all local HR/payroll administration requirement to be fully compliant, inbox management.The aim of this role will be to provide a key front-line HR service to the business delivering an excellent experience:Management the complete HR Operational Administration lifecycle: preparing contracts, letters, statements, leaver documents, tracking of probationary period and contract prolongations in line with local laws, maintaining personnel files as well as HRIS system for audit purposes in a timely mannerPreparing the monthly period files for the region in cooperation the retail stores and with the Payroll team: tracking sick leave and holiday administration, calculating pro rata leave entitlements and balances o a monthly basis, reviewing and validating Time & Attendance timesheets (including verification of working hours and overtime rules) in line with local laws and in timely and accurate mannerManage Employee grievances, disciplinary, investigations and performances related cases in the Field area, working closely to HR Business Partner field and District ManagersEnsuring company policies are compliant with local legislations and known in the respective countries by employees and Line ManagersT&A system maintenance and accuracy checksWorkday system maintenance and accuracy checksWorking visas administrationCommunication to local authorities as necessaryOccupational health administrationBenefits administrationYou’ll Need to Have:Minimum 3 years of HR administrator or Payroll specialist experience in Spain or Portugal.English language to business level proficiencySpanish language will be a great plusExcellent administrative skillsIdeally Workday experienceFast learner, self-motivated, independent and ability to work under pressureExcellent customer service orientationBeing familiar with T&A systemsExcellent computer skills, with proficiency using Microsoft ExcelWe’d Love to See:CollaborationCommunicationDrive ResultsEntrepreneurialFunctional SkillsMK Perks: Our purpose is to make all employees and customers #FeelGreat with Michael Kors.
