Bakery Worker
Responsibilities
1. Contribute to design of account specific instructions for claim handling
2. Basic training to ensure client understands claims process and any specific instructions
3. Post delivery internal review on lessons learned, colleague feedback and development
4. Attend client meetings supporting pre-placement and renewal planning
5. Facilitate claim event reporting with frequency and information required by clients or LOB
6. Prepare and run operational client meetings, regular client contact regarding ongoing claims
7. Face-to-face meetings with clients when an incident occurs
8. Identify revenue opportunities
9. Analyze incurred & paid claims
10. Register new claims / enquiry and document management
11. Verify validity of claim / event to policy (or policies) or plan coverage documentation and rules
12. Assess coverage
13. Gather information on incidents / claims events needed for assessment
14. Advise on adjusters, lawyers, or other experts
15. Receive lawsuits and court rulings
16. Advise on the procedural strategy and provide information throughout the entire judicial process
17. Follow-up claims with adjusters, lawyers, and other experts
18. Manage negotiation process from beginning to agreement settlement or resolution
19. Provide clear and timely information regarding claims to clients
20. Create and share relevant documentation with clients
21. Proactively help with obtaining prompt and fair settlement from carriers / clients
22. Update claims and document management
23. Provide SPOE (second pair of eyes) where requested
24. Ensure any Claim Service Level Agreement checks are completed
Qualifications
1. Preferably Bachelor’s degree, or relevant industry experience
2. Knowledge of legislation that affects the brokerage activity (Example: GPDR, Insurance contract Law, Insurance brokerage law)
3. Knowledge or experience in some subject
4. Strong Spanish and English language communication skills required (written and spoken)
5. Advanced management in Microsoft Office
