Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join our Human Resources team at Ferrovial Airports as an intern for 1 year.
Task:
* Administrative Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks, including processing new hires, drafting employment contracts, and maintaining personnel records.
* Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including enrollment in Workday, procurement of necessary materials, and access management.
* Strategic Presentation Development: Collaborate with HR team members to create strategic PPT presentations for various stakeholders.
* Ensure that the employee files are up to date in Workday
* Support in the salary review and bonus payment: support in the review of salary and bonus processes through Workday, including assisting in the evaluation of compensation packages and performance-related bonuses.
* Talent Review Process Support: Assist in the Talent Review process, including competency evaluations and tracking progress in Workday.
* Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, managing recruitment in Workday, conducting interviews, and requesting necessary documentation from candidates.
* Training Plan Support: Assist in the management of the training plan, including sourcing external training opportunities, helping employees enroll in courses, and coordinating mandatory training with the Corporate Training team.
* Employer Branding and Employee Engagement: Support initiatives related to employer branding, employee engagement, and employee surveys conducted by the Corporate Shared Services Center.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
* Master's degree in HR (preferred).
* Proficiency in English (C2).
* Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
* Analytical skills.
* Attention to detail.
