We look for someone to work alongside our CTO Co-founder, to take Hireflix to the next level.

Who we are looking for:.
* Min 3yr experience - Full Stack (front/back), React / NodeJS / MongoDB / GraphQL - Not married to any specific programming language.
* Self-starter, can work autonomously without hand-holding.
* Someone who owns their own work and who will fix their own problems.
* Someone driven by excellence, by delivering the best possible work, day after day.
* Someone with a growth mindset, excited to learn and tackle new problems and push their limits
* Bonus points: Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, Docker, Microservices, event driven architecture, experience with multimedia, video transcoding, web video APIs, Cloud systems (AWS, S3...)

Compensation:
* 50k€ to 80k€ gross yearly salary, full time (open to all time zones, preferable EU)
* Independent contractor position (open to employee status)
* Flexible schedule, all remote, standard holidays + additional time off whenever you want (as long as you get things done)
* Annual incentives based on performance / business results.
