Business Development Manager (Technology & Strategy)We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support our growth strategy in the cloud technology sector. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with 4-5 years of experience in business development or technology consulting, eager to grow in a fast-paced and strategic environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the CEO, Product Director, and Operations Director, contributing to business expansion, sales processes, and strategic partnerships.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of our service and product strategy, focusing on cloud-based, highly scalable hybrid environments.Offering Development: Work on the structuring of licenses, basic and advanced services, and ensure the offering is competitive and attractive to clients.Partner Strategy: Contribute to the creation of scalable partnership models to enhance market presence.Marketing & Communication: Develop corporate and product presentations, create product-specific materials, and collaborate on market benchmarking.Sales Process Management: Support the entire sales funnel, including:Preparation of client-facing materials, demos, and benchmarks.Conducting pre-diagnosis of client needs to align with the right solutions.Assisting in the development of Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.Structuring and managing service and licensing agreements.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Operations Directors to ensure alignment between business development and product capabilities.RequirementsFluent English and Spanish (native or very high level).4-5 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or technology consulting (Big Four experience is a plus).Strong understanding of Cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.MBA or Master’s in Business/Technology-related fields preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.Availability to travel when required.We OfferA high-growth opportunity in a leading technology company.Direct exposure to senior leadership and involvement in strategic decision-making.Hybrid work model: Monday-Wednesday onsite in the Alicante office, Thursday-Friday remote.Competitive salary with room for progression based on performance.If you are looking for a role with strong career growth potential, apply now and be part of an innovative and ambitious company.
