Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Work alongside team members to continuously improve service delivery and share insights.
* Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
* Assist clients during the onboarding process and provide information on our services and resources.
* Identify and assess client needs, offering tailored solutions for a better experience.
* Participate in continuous training to remain informed about product developments and customer support best practices.
Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
* Prior experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, focusing on empathy and problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.
* A proactive approach and a genuine desire to assist clients.
* Willingness to relocate to Greece and integrate into a diverse work environment.
