Business Development Manager - Madrid, Spain
Key Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's business strategy, be responsible for the development and maintenance of distributors and channels in the Spanish market; formulate corresponding sales plans and complete sales targets.
2. Based on the current situation of the Spanish market, cooperate with the headquarters to formulate product, pricing, channel, and marketing strategies for the Spain offline market; regularly follow up on the implementation and review of the strategy.
3. Regularly maintain distributor and channel relationships, assist distributors in developing and maintaining channel relationships, improve client satisfaction, and increase channel brand exposure and proportion.
4. Pay attention to market demand, understand industry competitive product dynamics and market trend information, and formulate more localized brand promotion strategies.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of experience in brand development of consumer electronics/IT products.
2. Familiarity with the consumer electronics industry in the Spanish market, with experience in successful cooperation with major local distributors and channels.
3. Keen market insight and experience in products, channels, customer management, and sales; those with successful brand operation experience will be prioritized.
4. Mature market analysis capabilities, customer management, marketing planning capabilities, and decision-making judgment.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
6. Sincere and dedicated, proactive, good at communication, strong problem-solving ability, strong sense of responsibility, and execution ability.
