Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets for Snibe’s Core Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio across assigned territories. Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at medium to large accounts, distributors, and partners. Customer Engagement: Identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and deliver value-driven presentations to prospective customers. Complete the regional distribution tasks assigned by Snibe Territory Strategy: Formulate and execute territory management plans, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing account coverage. Market Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Snibe’s product portfolio and maintain awareness of competitor offerings and industry trends. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on advancements in Snibe’s product lines and diagnostic technologies.
