Telecommunications Administrator
Position Overview: The Telecommunications Administrator ensures high-quality service operations for Global Connectivity Services, tracking SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs. Responsibilities include 1st and 2nd level support, incident resolution, change management, problem-solving, documentation, and process improvements.
Annual salary: 30.000-40.000€
Location: Zaragoza
The role involves on-call duty and an extended work shift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve incident tickets, execute changes, and provide 1st and 2nd level support (45%).
* Monitor services, propose improvements, execute patching, and support 1st level teams (30%).
* Maintain documentation, processes, and policies (10%).
* Collaborate with engineers, ensure security compliance (10%).
* Report KPIs, SLAs, and participate in incident management (5%).
Requirements:
* Education: Degree in IT (preferred), ITIL Foundation certification.
* Experience: 3+ years in Network/Network Security administration, strong network security and IT knowledge, experience with ticketing systems and customer interactions.
* Skills: ITIL v3, Cisco CCNA/CCDA (preferred), analytical mindset, team player, customer-oriented, strong documentation and communication skills.
* Language: Fluent English required.
