Grifols is seeking a Qualification of Suppliers Specialist like you to lead one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. As a world leader in plasma-derived medicines with a presence in over 100 countries, we have a growing global team of over 20,000 people.
Mission Statement
The Qualification of Suppliers Specialist is responsible for the initial evaluation, approval, and monitoring of suppliers' quality systems in accordance with applicable regulations. This role ensures that received plasma meets required quality standards and services associated with plasma supply comply with established quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Supplier Approval Protocols
o Define supplier, product, and service approval requirements in accordance with applicable regulations.
o Request necessary information from manufacturers/suppliers for evaluation and maintain documentation to ensure correct application of quality systems.
o Communicate audit needs to the audit team and provide support in this activity.
o Review and approve approval reports.
o Generate and review quality agreements with suppliers.
* Quality Monitoring
o Communicate detected incidents and deviations to suppliers.
o Monitor corrective actions derived from detected incidents.
o Inform suppliers about assessment results.
o Issue annual supplier evaluation report.
o Review supplier audit reports.
o Communicate technical and quality aspects with plasma suppliers and associated services.
o Prepare audits for plasma suppliers and associated services in collaboration with the audit team.
* Point of Contact
o Act as point of contact between health authorities and suppliers regarding management of inspections whenever necessary.
* Supplier Training
o Plan supplier training schedule.
o Conduct training courses and evaluate and certify completed training.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field.
* A minimum of two to five years of experience in a related field.
* Experience working with pharma international teams will be valuable.
* Advanced in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills.
* Ability to build trust-based and interdepartmental relationships.

Monday-Thursday: 7am-4pm, Friday: 8am-3pm.
