Location: all over Greece
Working Model: hybrid, remote and on-site opportunities!
What you will do: create an exceptional customer experience for international customers.
More specifically:
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
* Communicate through multiple channels of support (email, phone, chat).
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
* Work in close collaboration with the team and achieve targets!
Who are we looking for:
* Native or near-native speaker in Italian.
* Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS Office tools.
* Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and communicative.
* Proficient English Skills (Oral & Written).
