Summary
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our Technical Services inside sales team. The Technical Inside Sales Representative will identify new service selling opportunities, including Service Contracts, Packages, and parts. The representative will communicate with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process. You should be able to successfully sell services and meet targets.
The Inside Sales Representative should also have technical knowledge in water treatment systems for hemodialysis, as they will be responsible for managing these kinds of sales of new installations. This position will also be responsible for managing the project of these kinds of sales from the first approach to the customer until the delivery of the project after full installation.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. The TS Inside Sales Representative should also be very innovative and a good listener. Cold-calling and heated negotiations on the phone with customers should not be unknown to you. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will master the commercial process for selling services. SFDC is the most important tool you will be using on a daily basis.
It will be necessary to meet customers face-to-face for negotiations or finding new customers, as well as being present during the implementation/installation of WT projects.
What you'll be doing
* Selling services such as Service contracts, Parts, and associated service packages.
* Selling and managing new projects/installations related to the water treatment systems for hemodialysis.
* Communicating and understanding customer needs and identifying services and sales opportunities.
* Collaborating with Marketing to get market insights.
* Explaining and demonstrating features of service packages and value propositions.
* Staying informed about competing products and services.
* Upselling service packages and services.
* Researching and qualifying new leads.
* Closing service sales targets and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
* Working closely with Cluster heads to align on progress and sales in the country’s organization to have a common approach while targeting key accounts.
* Ensuring all opportunities are tracked and maintaining daily visibility of negotiation stages.
* Responsible for accomplishing sales in compliance with budget and forecast.
What you’ll bring
* Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in selling services and consumables.
* High school diploma in Engineering. College degree is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
* Technical knowledge of Medical Devices.
* Strong organizational capabilities to manage projects.
* Strong sales knowledge and abilities.
* Flexibility.
* Team Spirit.
* Languages Required: Spanish, English (Portuguese is a plus).
* Availability to travel across Spain and Portugal (40% of total time).
