Job Description
Clinical Application Specialist CT/MRI (Temporary contract for Maternity Leave coverage)
Join our high-tech team as Clinical Application Specialist, and you will leverage your clinical background and technical expertise to train customers and users in order to optimize our portfolio’s usage, assist the sales team in evaluating and specifying product applications to meet customer needs, and prepare seminars and workshops. You will be part of the Application team in Iberia, reporting directly to the Clinical Application Lead.
Your role
* Develop and execute an instruction program for users to maximize their independence in operating the system and selecting functions.
* Customize the system to meet the specific needs of users, working closely with project management and account management to maximize performance for each user.
* Manage trial installations (in cooperation with service) to gather maximum information for evaluation by the product group and demonstrate the equipment to stimulate sales.
* Monitor the use of each system through regular contact with users to solve operational problems or adapt the system to changing needs.
* Participate in the development of new functionalities or improved system settings.
* Maintain close contact with the product group to increase application knowledge and stay informed about new developments.
* Assist in sales through advice to account management and customers.
You are the right fit if you have:
* Extensive knowledge of CT and/or MRI features
* Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting application results.
* Professional knowledge of the total application area from an operational standpoint.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Desirable clinical experience.
* Ability to organize and conduct special training sessions.
* Good understanding of system architecture and technology.
* Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
* Availability to travel most of the time across the country (clean driving license required).
