We are looking for a new Business Developer in International VAT & Taxes to join our team!

Reporting to the International VAT and Taxes Director, the Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets within his/her territory. His focus will be selling our VAT, Customs and other Fiscal services. This person maintains and enhances the companys image with our customer base. He/she also pro-actively promotes company objectives, and executes sales plans based on the companys marketing strategy.
Is this you?
1. You have a four-year degree .
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience selling consulting services would be an asset. Prior experience in tax is not required but is an asset.
3. You have a proven track record using a sales methodology to generate business leads, open doors, and manage the sales cycle to contract signature.
4. Your knowledge of success fee agreements is an asset.
5. You are proficient in computer skills, and experience with a CRM such as Salesforce is a plus.
6. You have a very good level of English.

8. Strong customer focus, interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
9. Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) coupled with heightened listening skills.
10. Experience selling B to B to the C suite.
11. High level of business integrity and ethics.
12. Willing to travel, the frequency varies depending on the season.
What Will you be responsible for?
13. Generate leads through researching prospects, developing referral relationships, and cultivating your personal network.
14. Maintain close contact with consultants, external professionals, and associations to identify and develop business leads through referrals.
15. Manage the entire sales process for all business leads.
16. Identify decision-makers, schedule meetings, meet qualified prospects, and execute appropriate sales techniques and cycle to close sales.
17. Work with management, and notably Fiscal practice Director, to develop sales/marketing strategies and to penetrate new markets.
18. Partner with Aymings delivery team to provide the best business value proposition to existing and prospective clients.
19. Work with other Business Development Manager based in Italy, France, and Germany.
