Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Content Tagging Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.The Tagging Steward Service supports global tagging framework implementation, manages tagging incidents and solves questions related to tagging across multiple platforms. The tagging specialist will work with business stakeholders to to explain the importance of quality tagging on the business performanceMain tasksRespond to questions and address issues raised by the tagging communityRun reports to analyze tagging implementation across platformsSupport dashboard and report setup for capability tracking and ongoing projectsAssist in the creation and submission of tagging project demandsManage tagging values updates and maintain internal tagging sheetsMaintain tagging master data document frameworkMonitor and report on tagging project progressIdentify and support mitigation of potential risks and issues for assigned projectsEscalate technical issues to appropriate support teams and manage incidents via MyServicesSupport setup, delivery, and debriefing of workshops focused on all TA champions (Tagging & Attributes)Help refine processes for Brand Attributes updates, including submission dates, workshop planning, execution, and follow-upSupport setup, delivery, and debriefing of monthly touchpoint AM&T proposal meetingsAssist in implementing enhancements to systems, processes, and tagging attributesEnsure systems are fully functional for performing and tracking tagging across all channelsAssist in creating tagging communications and training contentRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of metadata management and tagging principlesExperience with content management systems and digital asset management platformsProficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical abilities and attention to detailExperience in creating training materials and conducting training sessionsAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levelsBachelor and/or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business administrator, Computer Science or comparableSolid experience in customer serviceUnderstanding of knowledge representation and Semantic Web technologies (RDFS/OWL, RDF, SPARQL, SKOS, etc.) including ontology/taxonomy modelling and data integrationEnglish fluent in written, reading, speaking.
