Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth and maximize productivity by achieving and surpassing KPIs, while implementing company tools and processes.
* Develop and execute commercial strategies to ensure the growth and profitability of stores.
* Maximize sell-out by ensuring sustainable and profitable expansion, in line with the company’s commercial strategy and guidelines.
* Set clear and achievable sales targets for each point of sale, tracking progress through regular KPI analysis.
* Optimize inventory management by maintaining optimal stock levels and collaborating with logistics to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
* Analyze sales and market trends, identifying opportunities to enhance performance at the point of sale.
Client Relations & Strategic Partnerships
* Manage and strengthen key relationships with El Corte Inglés, fostering collaboration and identifying opportunities to maximize business potential.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned and impactful execution.
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and store staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
* Cultivate an engaging and transparent culture, ensuring teams operate according to company values and expectations.
* Act as a role model, demonstrating a positive mindset and leading by example.
* Align people management with business objectives, ensuring teams take ownership of their development and contribute to the company’s success.

Mandatory Requirements
* Bachelor’s in business management
* At least 7-10 years of Retail experience, managing multiple stores network and area managers.
* Strong knowledge of Visual Merchandising and understanding of Product Assortment.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong track record in team development.
* Solid understanding of commercial operations in retail, including P&L, stock management, and KPI analysis.
* Willingness to travel regularly (up to 70%).
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
