JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible for Order to Cash activities (Collections, Billing, Backoffice) with our clients in LATAM. The main targets are Risk Control, Cash & DSO improvement. Interacting with main Internal (Stakeholders) & External clients.
Key responsibilities
* To check and solve litigation cases from clients with any requirement regarding incidences on invoicing.
* To solve incidences on the reconciliation of the accounts.
* Access in the Atlas system and manage bookings amending them according to the procedures established in the Department.
* Provide information and support to Front office Global Credit & Collections Department.
* Access in the SAP system to consult the accounts payable and receivable.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Tourism.
* High level of Spanish and English (other languages will be a plus).
* Knowledge of Excel.
* Knowledge in Atlas / SAP.
* Strongly customer focused with an outstanding capacity to resolve problems.
* Knowledge experience in customer service, booking agent or experience in the Travel Industry.
* Ability to prioritize tasks.
* Hardworking.
