In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to customers and sales organization. Key responsibilities include promptly responding to customer inquiries and keeping them updated on the status of their requests. Ensuring purchase orders are accurately and timely placed into the ERP system as well as delivered to the customers are crucial aspects of the job. You will work closely with production, supply chain and distribution to fulfill customer demands. Proactive communication with customers about any changes in the order fulfillment cycle and mitigating delays by liaising with key stakeholders are essential tasks. Additionally, you will manage customer sample orders and inventory reserves, provide necessary documentation, create quotations and resolve service complaints in collaboration with other stakeholders.Who you are:Ideally educated to a BA degree.Proficient in English, knowledge of the following languages is an advantage: Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch.Experience working within a fast-paced service-related role, ideally within customer service, sales support, logistics, or supply chain environment is an advantage.Collaborative and attentive to details.Have strong interpersonal skills and a customer centric attitude.Salary: 26.000 EUR Work location - Madrid Schedule - full time
