* Consolidate and validate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for site activities.
* Contribute expertise to various projects and identify key personnel to involve.
* Develop and implement action plans to improve KPIs.
* Team Management:
* Develop team leaders and employees.
* Assess and approve recruitment needs within your scope, aligning with the company's "caring" values.
* Define and challenge collective and individual annual objectives for the team.
* Serve as the liaison to the Regional Manager, providing visibility into team activities.
Requirements:
Successful experience in team management, demonstrating leadership and coordination skills.
Quality: Interpersonal skills / Stress management: knowing how to manage complex or conflictual situations.
Organization and planning: Good management and distribution of tasks.
Data analysis: Ability to monitor KPIs and interpret performance indicators. Languages: good command of English and Spanish; mastery of other foreign languages is an asset.
Meal allowance: 9 EUR / day worked.
Transport allowance: 50 EUR / month (Gross amount).
Annual performance bonus: (paid in April each year) up to 170 EUR gross (variable amount).
Quarterly bonus: up to 200 EUR gross per quarter (variable amount).
Annual bonus: (paid in December of each year), the rate is 5,000 EUR of the annual base salary (variable amount depending on the achievement of objectives).
Insurance: Insurance membership from the 1st day of integration (payable by the employer).
